User-Launched (Standard Method) Browser

The term "user-launched" refers to popup windows that are opened manually by the user. This test checks if your web browser allows a popup window that is opened when you click on a link that opens the page being linked to in a new browser.
When you click on the link below a new window will be opened, so your popup blocker should allow it to be loaded, if your popup blocker stops it, then it is not able to support this type of browsing behavior and it doesn't pass this test.
